Why is this so expensive on an already extremely expensive keyboard that should probably have this included?

Both brass itself and CNC machining costs are relatively high, and this is a fairly large piece of metal (larger than most other weights you'll come across) meaning more material and more machining time. Many people will probably be happy with the included aluminum weight that shipped with the SENSE75, and that's fine. This is an option for anyone who wants to add even more heft to the keyboard.

is there a similar item available for other keyboards? I just purchased the DROP shift keyboard and would be interested something like this.

No, the other Drop keyboards don't have a spot to install something like this (see the screw holes on the weight)
