Does this ship with the rest of the keycaps from the Cyber Moon base kit, or just the ones installed on the keyboard?

Just got one a week ago, and it only ships with the keys installed on the keyboard. The only "yellow" keys are "RETURN" and "ESC" and there was no other keycaps in the box. The only additional equipment in the box was the USB cable, keycap puller and something that looks like tweezers - probably a switch puller.
Which - let me say - is terribly sad, because it looks like, if you wanted full customization of my keycaps, you need to buy the Hicent, Novelty and Spacebar kits at $40 each. Especially the spacebar kit is funny, because you need just one, but you need to buy the full pack and pay in gold.
