Do the runes match up with their alphabet counterparts? From the pictures it looks like the runes are just put around randomly? seems like an obvious oversight that a fan would instantly recognize as "off" - can any Tolkien fans confirm? tolkiensociety . o r g /app/uploads/2016/11/Runes

They're aligned with the Dan Smith fantasy fonts, so that when you type with those, the letters match up.
when i try to find dan smiths fonts, the link has been removed.
Also, things like, why is the f key row have the standard symbol for F the backwards flag, were as the F itself is a whole seperate symbol. i feel like im missing something here
They are incorrect from what I can tell. Most famous is the "G" rune for Gandalf, that he uses to mark Bilbo's door and sign his letters. The G key on this keyboard has the rune for the letter S.... The correct rune for G is on the R cap...
I know nothing about keyboards. Would this be compatible with a Razer Ornata Chroma?

Doesn't look like it'd be possible. The Chroma is a membrane keyboard, not a mechanical keyboard. You'd need a mechanical board that has MX-style switches in it, that let you pop the caps off and replace them with other MX-compatible keycaps like these.
