Is the product page just REALLY poorly worded, or are keycaps included in the 169$ pricetag?

The caps are included, but it's not the full set you'd get by buying the caps separately, just a subset that's enough to cover the board.

No, they only come prebuilt with soldered Holy Panda X switches.

Where did you get reference material to translate the individual letters to Dwarvish? Every book I own and Images I have found online say that the Runes correlate with different letters and numbers than the keyboard shows. Edit: It wont let me post the link to wiki about Cirth, but feel free to look for yourselves.

You're correct to be concerned, this does not match up the corresponding letters AT ALL. Of course, there are phonetics that won't translate well into a keyboard, but they could have at least given it a shot. As best I can tell, this is matching the Cirth Alphabet both out of my Moleskin journal (a slip in reference) as well as the back of my "Lord of the Rings" 50th Anniversary Appendix. These particular references list the symbols in a grid, 1-58, and the corresponding phonetics, 1-58. This is simply taking them in that order and applying them to the keys. My reference shows 1-5 being as follows: "p", "b", "f", "v", "hw". . . which matches the runes we see on keycaps 1,2,3,4, and 5. Some of the other keys are on point. F1-F12, for example, seem correct. The F is there, but I honestly don't know how the number system works.
