i love the profile of the caps for typing, its a higher than average profile but the indents and design of it is very typing friendly, and the caps just sound amazing, paired with good switches they would be even better
Typing on this for the past few weeks has been a joy, and the material used is the main reason for this. The keycaps feel great and create a more thocky sound then my previous keycaps. The profile is enjoyable to type on too, but that's all preference. That also goes the same for the F and J feelers, they are very helpful for staying on with the hardcore version of this.
On the Hardcore version, I occationally look at my own keyboard from time to time and I've caught myself doing the same for these keycaps. It doesn't hinder my typing anymore after maybe the first few days of using it, and I've gotten used to typing fairly quickly. Not to say I've cracked the language but, it's very nice and easy to type on now I've gave it some time.
I imagine they're great. I haven't opened the box because I don't have enough keyboards to go with keycaps, lol. Personally, I am a huge fan of the Elvish set, so I can't see myself not loving these.
This set is great for fans and hobbyists alike. The colour pallet works well for the doom and gloom of Mordor. These sturdy keycaps have taken quite the beating and still remain out of the box new.
High quality, colors are true to the photos of the item online, and the magma accent kit really makes the keyboard pop. My enter key on the numpad is a bit mushy, but I'm wondering if that is due to how the switch is set up on my keyboard itself. Either way, would recommend!
