Super excited to launch our new collaboration keycap sets today. This has been a project long in the works with both matt3o and the good people of Middle-earth and we are finally ready to share this goodness with all of you.
Today we launch the MT3 Lord of the Rings Elvish and Dwarvish keycap sets. These come in both Trainer and Hardcore variety, and have a whole lot of novelties and extras available. The trainer will include front printed English to help us newbies properly assign the keys, while Hardcore is for the well seasoned Tengwar and Cirth scholars out there.
BUT. A lot of effort went into getting the details right on this set for both the looks and the accuracy of the language, so not only do these things look awesome, they’re functional as well. And they’re licensed. The trifecta.

AlexPkSerious question: when you say "a lot of effort", how did that translate to every single rune on both the Elvish (Tengwar) and Dwarvish (Cirth) keys being incorrect and not matching Tolkien?

Why is there not a hardcore version for the ortholinear set since I have to either spend 35 extra to get the hardcore set of stuck with the latin characters but since I don't type with qwerty it would be in the wrong places

Amazing project, however the Ortho icons not coming without english characters kills me, Ill need to order two full sets of keys. There should REALLY be a "hardcore" option for the Ortho icons, Im not sure why it wasent made that way in the first place.

Just realized Drop hid both my review and message here regarding side prints. Regarding comments, In incognito tab, I cannot see these negative comments and the review when I scroll through comments and reviews, but I can see mine when logged in. It's there, but hidden from public eye. Hiding is one thing, removing altogether is another.

Just a heads up - I didn't realize it since Matt3o kits normally have full HHKB compatibility, but there is no R3 control, nor a R3 novelty that can fit in it's place :( Same with R4 2x 1.5U (no R4 1.5u novelties).

Are the alphas the same color as the 2048 extended set? I need 2.25 and 2.75u spacebars for my 40% and it seems that the 2048 spacebar kit has been out of stock for quite some time.
