This is a pretty but otherwise fairly basic USB-C cable. Most likely, this cable isn't electronically marked so it's limited to 3 amps per the USB Type-C and Power Delivery specifications. There are basically 4 general combinations of USB-C to USB-C cables: those that support either 3A or 5A, and those that are USB 2.0 only or those that are full-featured (supports USB3 or TBT or DisplayPort).
Does this cable only work for drop products, or is it universal?

USB-C is just the cable connector type. This can be used with anything that has a USB-C port. Just be certain that your device supports USB-C to USB-C (aka USB-C at both ends of the cable).

Is it possible to connect Drop ALT keyboard to MacBook Pro with this cable? It doesn't work with Apple original usb-c cable.

Does this work with Gamakay k87 keyboard?
I think this is the same cable that came with my Drop ENTR, in which case yes I can confirm I switch between my Gamakay and ENTR keebs often on the same USB C Cable.
