Not sure how good it is, received non-working flashlight
Update (5/18):
Received a new light, this one mostly works. The strobe function does not work, but I am not going through a second return. I would say the quality control on this light is questionable.
It is unfortunate that I cannot say whether this is a "good" flashlight or not. The light simply does not work. I immediately contacted customer service and let them know it was bad, and they issued an RMA and told me to drop it off at UPS. Of course I am in a state that has issued a stay at home order until June, so I am stuck with a bad flashlight, and will not get a new one. Reading some of the other reviews, it seems the failure rate is not terrible, but not great either. Think about another flashlight.

BMWRiderthe strobe works by clicking the switch like6x . its not in the regular click through to cycle through the different light brightnesses

bigsean247I appreciate you explaining bigsean. Unfortunately that does not work either. In the end I use this flashlight to take the dog out at night. It cannot be relied on to be in my emergency repair kit on my motorcycle or even as everyday carry. I want to like this light because it looks great, but it just is not up to snuff. :(
