I dunno what to say really, getting a hold of DROP support is like waiting for paint to dry. I get we're in a pandemic and all but waiting over a week after waiting months for this to arrive, to still not get a reply despite using every avenue, I guess I'll just review the product I got. I got some nice jeans. They're Denim. They're too big for me, they probably cost a lot more than my keycaps but alas, they won't fit on my keyboard. Perhaps I can sew it into a keyboard bag or something and walk around with my new fancy keyboard jean-bag showing it off at the next SG meet-up ( post covid obviously ) but honestly, I would MUCH rather have just had my Alphas instead of having some poor sods jeans. Poor sod, if you're out there holding my keycaps in your hand, crying like me over the fact you don't have your beautiful jeans but instead some totally useless keycaps; perhaps we can bypass the shambolic support backlog that Drop has and just organise to meet somehow and trade. These jeans are worth like 5x my caps but I'll for real pay to ship them to you in exchange for my keycaps. 10/10 Jeans ( probably, I have no use for them what so ever so they've remained wrapped ) N.A/10 for the keycaps. As have not received ( if that wasn't clear enough yet ) Thanks for reading. p.s Drop support team, please respond to my emails. Edit: They finally answered and have told me there's nothing they can do and offered a refund. Utterly disappointing. Don't for the life of me understand how someone can pack a box covered in the word keycaps with XL Jeans but here we are. >Pay to meet min order for drop to make some money >They do't do their job and get me my caps but still make money of it >I'm left with no caps back at the start. GREAT FUN!
