GMK Serika exploded onto the scene in 2018. Made up of creamy beige alphas, golden yellow modifiers, and black legends, the set looks great with many case colors. If the original GMK Cherry profile wasn’t your jam, you’re in luck: We’re bringing this community-favorite set back in Matt3o’s unique MT3 profile, now with even more compatibility than the GMK release. Heavily slanted from front to back, the keycaps have a deep scoop for a wildly satisfying feel. What’s more, the typeface is entirely custom made. Called Audacia, it’s a bespoke typeface inspired by IBM beamspring terminals and Olivetti typewriters.
Note: To avoid confusion with the current checkout system, we will be changing the price points manually. We are paying attention to the number of child kits being bought as well. If they reach certain quantities, we will adjust their prices accordingly. You may notice fluctuations in your checkout price as we make these adjustments on the back end, but you will not be charged more for anything.
If you have an active order that hasn't completed yet and you want to make any adjustments to it, please cancel the order on your transaction page and re-order with your desired kits. This will ensure there are no payment errors when the run ends.
MOQ Policy: If we decide to cancel any kit(s) after a run concludes, we will reach out to everyone whose order contains said kit(s) and give the options to either keep the remainder of your order or to cancel your order entirely. Sometimes kits are made even if they don’t meet MOQ, so it's best for everyone to order everything that is desired. Canceling before the run ends reduces the total number of kit orders, thus reducing the odds that every kit will be made.
Made from PBT plastic—long considered the superior keycap material—this MX-compatible set is both long lasting and resistant to the shine that occurs after long hours of typing. The legends, which are custom-made in bespoke Audacia font, are dye-sublimated, so they won’t fade over the long haul. Even the texture of MT3-profile keycaps has been praised by keyboard enthusiasts.
In the words of keycap designer Zambumon: “Keyboards are the interface between a person and a computer. They’re an indispensable tool for most people's jobs, so they better be good.” The Spanish designer has been involved in the world of mechanical keyboards since 2015—and his work has made a notable impression on the growing community. Some of his most well-known projects include Amazing Chocolatier, a brown and gold set inspired by Roald Dahl’s classic Charlie and the Chocolate Factory; Nautilus, a deep-sea tribute to Jules Verne’s Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea; and Jamón, a red set that honors Zambumon’s native Spain’s delicious cured ham. In addition to Serika, Zambumon’s working on a darker, edgier followup to Nautilus: Nautilus Nightmares. Stay tuned…
