I bought it about 2 years ago, and I can't update the firmware no matter what I do, and I never get a reply when I email them. It does sync with my PC, though, so I manually sync it every now and then to keep up with the time. I don't think I can recommend anything else.

The biggest drawback of Everything Eleksmaker makes is they feel the need to slap their name on the front of it ruining any aesthetic they were going for, remove the logo youll have a better product
CrosshairsYou shouldn't have to, as the branding is ugly there, but you can likely color over it with an Inkzall marker to black it out. I've done this with a few logos on things with great success.
