I need some help, I think I bricked mine... The clock is listed as being a Gen2 system (on Elekstube's site) so I naturally went to the Elekstube site and downloaded the software for Gen2. After flashing the update, though, now I see just a black screen - completely dead. I just read all the comments and discovered it's a Gen1 system. I guess it is technically my fault but the fact that it's listed as Gen2 is really misleading. Also, I had the same issue (before I bricked it) where setting it to Chinese would make it reboot infinitely. Can a clock flashed with the Gen2 update be recovered? If not, this thing is a POS.

ShoonyDrop thankfully offered a return and refund, but no replacement unit. What a piece of junk. Hopefully you can get yours returned as well.
