Meh...pretty boring.I don't care if its a Ronda quartz movement, its still quartz. How about some automatic watches? I'll stick with Timex or Casio for quartz.
TexasSlimI own two 'boring' watches: a Nomos Glashutte Tangomat and a Braun BN0021. Here's my two cents: Due to mechanical limitations, typical automatic watches won't get this thin (and light).
Most mass watchmakers' watch face designs tend to be cluttered (with their trademarks and special feature engravings to show). I just looked at Timex and Casio's product catalogs and don't see a single one that I would replace Enclave's. Well, it comes to personal preferences here.
IMHO I don't see many designer's watch out there that focuses on as minimal design as this one yet. This watch focuses on material, minimal designs, reliable movement (if not the best in the world). Oh, and ...interchangeable straps too?
I chose to join this drop because I like the way it looks not the model number of the movement. FWIW being an 'Enclave' product, offers a Sapphire Crystal display, and the Swiss movement inside to me are just QA on reliability & workmanship. I don't like fancy watch faces and 3 dials of chronograph is useless to me.
