Very easy to use and set up. Designed with what feels like quality materials with a sleek an chic design. The sound is very clear and balanced but picks up on some background noise. I like the included stand that it comes with, but I preferred using it with a boom arm and pop filter. While I had to improvise with the filter and arm with a few adjustments, it manages to be a solid mic with a lot of potential. I just wish it was easier to mount optional accessories.
I am no expert on microphones. I don't stream just use for discord. The quality of this microphone is very nice. It feels solid like I'd imagine a $250 microphone would cost. It paired to my PC easily. The software from EPOS is very limited I ended up using a 3rd pary software instead. My ONLY complaint is that the Microphone isn't on an arm and it picks up EVERYTHING. Every time I set my drink down on my desk or type on my phone too close to the microphone my friends said the sounds are the worst. So now I have to go and buy a microphone arm. 5/5 for value and appearance - 4/5 for audio experience - 3/5 for software
Much is recorded on Sennheiser equipment... And I love their headphones!
It's large like the yeti, also has headphones inputs on it for hear through, and general sound.
Mine isn't easily distributed on table tops and can block out some ambient sounds given the different options
I don't listen to myself speak but when I ask people how it sounds they say it's great so I'll go with that. Setup was easy and the software is simple and non-intrusive and not required if you don't want to install it.
The built-in mic in a laptop stopped working, and driver updates didn’t help. While Bluetooth technology solved the problem, I had to make sure everything was charged- not always possible for last-minute meetings. Things were truly resolved with the USB microphone from Epos. The mic works extremely well and gives me USB dependability.
I love my mic.
It is sensitive but adjustment is easy to fix.
Software is good, simple, and noninvasive (Bloatware)
Mic is beautiful, USB-C, the stand is rigid and grooved for the wires.
Quality is great. I own a mod-mic 4 and 5 and this is similar quality.
It's the little attention to details that makes it great.
