Please give an update is so annoying that massdrop doesn't do anything to make this situation any better. I understand when something needs to take a bit more time but if no email is sent then it pisses me off. At this point I'd much rather have a refund (but of course that doesn't apply here) ... so in general no good customer service by the people selling the drop or massdrop :(
ArnoNymJust an email with some idea of when and then any followup in case there are delays. Sorry if it bothers you but as a customer I am on my right to expect that service. Specially for a $250~ product.
Hi I'm new to Drop and i just received my Keyboard i have been waiting for months for by Drop x MTN Dew x Borderlands movie and didn't know if there was a software like Logitech's for the keyboards. if anyone could help please let me know
