I too feel bamboozled. The hardware just does not appear to be the same. Hopefully my picture does it justice. It also feels weak, I would not trust my keys on it. So disappointed.

NewFoundWorthHi, we've tested the durability of the key rein on a luggage scale. Even with multiple times of 30lbs pulls, there weren't any signs of anything bending or deforming. I am confident to say that anything your belt or belt loop could carry, the key rein would be sure to hang on to. Hanging keys on it would definitely not be a problem.

colin.chHrm. . . The chain in the original poster's comment looks quite a bit thinner and less robust than what is pictured with the scale or the product pics. It looks like he received a different chain than advertised.
