Hey I got my 1000XL yesterday, but I can't get the mode to change. Anyone else having issues?

dhausmanYou need to practice to switch mode. Its not easy at the beginning. But its a very solid product. You can watch some product review on the youtube to learn how to press the bottom (time gap).
