Mario.PaulThe edge is convex (assuming they're genuine).
I love Fallkniven knives, but haven't purchased through Massdrop. Street price for this knife is between 190-200 anyway (with free shipping), plus I can return easily, if necessary. Keep an eye out for sales and you can do better. Massdrop - you can do better than these prices.
billcThanks bill, you don't see convex edge too much so I didn't know. What do you think of Bark River Knives? At this price I think I'll save for my dream knife, really want to get a BRK someday.
Mario.PaulI have several Bark River knives. Pretty much my favorite hunting and bushcraft knife brand. A2 and 3V steels (primarily), reliable heat treating, convex grinds (almost exclusively for their own brand products), TONS of handle material selections. They're individually (i.e., manually) ground after blanking, however, so there is variation from knife-to-knife. Bark River leans toward thicker blanks, so if you're looking for super-thin or efficient slicing, look elsewhere, but for a few of their specialty knives.
