Thumbs down on my order:
I just received my package. I ordered two pens. One is the matt black the other rainbow titanium, but unfortunately one of the item I got was not the rainbow I paid $15 more for. I don't get how this packaging error could have taken place? Frustrating because this was going to be a xmas present.
Same happened here. I contacted Support, and they stated that it has been a problem....lets hope for a resolution!
I have been waiting over a week for a response to the same problem. Has anyone heard anything?

Same email you got. Holiday delay, which is understandable
I can understand the delay in resolution but it was over a week ago they responded with no follow up. I had to reach out to them to get a status. I expect better communication.
Me too and we ordered the same and received the same. Waiting to hear how this will be resolved.
Still nothing here :( It's a bit sad...an email stating "hey, we haven't forgotten" would be nice
I just got my order this morning and I have the same problem.
I am the same and to add to the frustration they have renewed the drop and given shipping dates.
Bad form massdrop
I decided to get refund, cause that's what they are only good for at this point. Don't wait too long or else you may have problem getting your money back through your credit card company if you want to get a refund.
I have had the same problem with receiving the wrong space pens on Decembers order. Do you have an update? It's been over a month now.
Have you heard anything lately? I'm having the same problem.
I have not had an update since the end of December. I requested an update on Friday and have not heard back yet.
Nothing. Emailing again today
I started process today with PayPal. It's pretty sad that another drop started when this one isnt corrected

Thank you for reaching and my sincerest apologies for the delay. We are recovering from an earlier backlog and working through replies as quickly as possible.
We've contacted the vendor in an attempt to obtain replacements to send, but we have not heard any results of their investigation. At this point, We're no longer confident that we'll be able to obtain the replacements, so we have a couple of options for you.
1. We can issue a partial refund of $20 for the missing item, and add a $10 Massdrop coupon to your account which will be applied to your next order
2. We can provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return what you received for a full refund, as well as the $10 Massdrop coupon
Please let me know which option you prefer so we can get that set up for you. We apologize for the inconvenience.
It seems ridiculous they would offer the same drop when the previous drop did not go well.
I just checked and I just rcv'd the same email.
Interesting model. I think it's equally important that Massdrop put in place the proper quality control. God knows how many more of this is on your hand since you are offering the same product from the same vendor again.
massdrop gave some options to ease the issue. Full refund and collection, or part refund. Both come with a $10 voucher. Its just enough to cover the terrible experience. I think I'll keep the pens and get the part refund. Once bitten, twice as shy
