Mine stops working and I have to unplug it and then plug it back in. Does anyone else have this problem, and who do I contact for a replacement or refund?

TheDoctorI have that problem at times too..
If that happen when you turn on your pc, try to unplug it before turning it off. If that happen out of nowhere when ur using it, I dont know.
