Great Overall
Recommend lubing the switches for best sounding and feeling but overall love my green switches

Best budget switches
I bought Gateron Clear, Yellow, and Green. At 23 cents per switch, sometimes even lower, they are perfect for my need. Each type of switch's actuation force, behaviors, and sound levels work as advertised.

Do these gateron switches support RGB or have RGB lighting in them?
LEDs are soldered to a PCB. That is how the LEDs get power. SMD LEDs are used with hotswap boards. Some LEDs passthrough the switch, this makes customization hard because the switch and LED would need to be desoldered to install new switches

erickongThis doesn’t answer the question. Are there LEDs in the switch? There are switches that have LEDs embedded in them. Do these have that feature?

AlxMedThey do not. They have empty slots to accommodate lights, and clear housings for light to show through. No actual built-in lights.

Yes, KS-8 would have black bottom housing
Which linear switch is recommended who is experiencing hand fatigue by the end of the day due to excessive typing?

The clears have the least resistance, second is the yellows. But clears also don't give your fingers much of a push on the upstroke, so I prefer yellows.

Depends on the switch already in there. Its a fully clear housing ,so I would think the led's would still be quite bright.
