Well I've contacted support and was told that they would forward my inquiry to the mechanical keyboard team.
I agree that AlexPeterkin from MD saying: "If almighty Zeus was getting a keyboard I'd recommend him yellows." Is extremely misleading.
But I'm going to stick with my order for yellows because I've been dying to try the switch and there simply is nowhere else to buy them. If I receive a weak batch, I'm going to order some 150g springs from the same vendor who sells Gaterons on cart100/taobao then just make heavy yellows myself :)

baked.qtpiInquiry received. We're looking into this since the ones we tested were 150g. I don't know if the springs got switched or if the stems got put into the wrong body or if Yellows just aren't heavy anymore. In any case when we find something out I'll update everyone who has received or plans to buy Yellows.

baked.qtpiThe Yellow we tested was provided by a community member and since we added the Yellows mid drop we didn't have a chance to order a new sample so it was an assumption that Yellow would be the same. Right now this is looking to not be the case but we are currently contacting Gateron to get an accurate specs list before this drop ends. I'll be back soon with an update.

AlexPkThanks, but they probably misinterpreted what you wanted... I can't imagine that Gateron DOESN'T make a heavy linear switch anymore. Is it possible to just ask that the correct spec switches be shipped out in the future? I don't think anyone ordered yellows and expected a light switch

baked.qtpiI wouldn't really consider the old yellows "heavy linears." That would be something like MX linear greys. I wouldn't be surprised if Gateron stopped producing an ultra-heavy switch since there really isn't much demand
