Anyone try putting heavier springs on the Gateron browns to get them like clears? How do they feel compared to Topre?

StreakInTheSkyI'm pretty sure the stems are very different from clears. No matter how much weight you add I don't think it'd ever feel like MX clears. If Gateron came out with MX clear-like clones I'd be all over that though.

PacwageoI understand that the clears will probably be more tactile, but I've read the tactile bump is more noticeable because of the smoothness. It sounds like in theory, the Gateron browns with heavier springs could possibly be a good option as I like the progressive like spring rate of clears and wouldn't mind a slightly lighter tactile bump, but wanted to know if anyone has had first hand experience. The closest thing I've found is this custom board with what he describes as 55g Gateron Browns.

He mentions in the comments, "GATERON Brown switches is a feeling amongst the cherry brown switches and cherry white switch. I feel a little shorter length of the slider. I was satisfied." It looks like he used a computer translation from Korean, so I think he's saying they feel in between mx brown and clears with shorter travel.

StreakInTheSkyI didn't got my gateron browns yet, but when I do, I'll try it. I have 67g and 80g springs as well. I'll report ASAIC. My package is already in EU, I hope I can get it this week. Not just for this report, but I'm considering getting a package of blues.
Oh, and by any chance: Can someone provide a report for blue switches?
