Product Description
Not only are they nice to look at, but wrist rests offer improved ergonomics for long days at the office and marathon gaming sessions. This drop features a bundle of two: a wrist rest for your keyboard and one for your mouse Read More
Enjoying the product, don't really have any negatives to mention. There may be a faint smell when you open the box, but it dissipates quickly (depending on how recently it was made).
I did get the mouse wrist rest, but I use it as a primary rest for the keyboard since I mostly only game on my PC. I can use the smaller one more often without worrying about leaving shine on the larger one.
I really like the feel of the wood under my wrists. I'm currently using the IKBC TKL mechanical keyboard and the rest lines up really nicely. The mouse support I'm not using as much but bought it just in case.
The construction is solid there is little flex through the middle. The desktop grips ensure that the support doesn't move about. The overall stain on the rest is great and the grain is preserved well and a nice touch on an otherwise bare desk.
The only comment is that the rest doesn't hold up well to concentrated pressure - a gentle lean when forgetting to remove my watch has added a slight depression to the rest which isn't overly noticeable but something to be aware of when purchasing something similar - some folks like to keep their watch on when typing (I don't BTW) but something to keep an eye out for.
Bought it and it's actually quite good. Though the small rest is quite annoying as you move that arm quite a bit.
I recommend to only get the bigger one.
Be aware that you may end up spending as much as you're "saving" on customs and taxes (I did, unfortunately)
Really not my thing apparently. The wood is a little too thick and puts my wrists at a weird level compared to my mouse and keyboard. Probably just personal preference, but literally any single soft gel wrist rest is 10 times better than this, but maybe not as attractive.
Wish that the rubber feet were grippier. Though admittedly this could vary with different table surfaces.
Otherwise perfect. Wood is comfortable and stays clean & firm.
The keyboard wrist rest is great if all you want to do is keep your wrists raised, i personally don't like spongey or fabric wrist rests because they get dirty and dont actually support your wrists properly. If all you want is to keep your wrists straight when typing then a wrist rest like this is the way to go. Would be nice if there wasn't an unecessary angled edge where the rest meets the keyboard but it's not something that actually matters. For me the mouse wrist rest ended up being pretty useless and i can't figure out why i ever thought it would be a good idea but it makes for a nice place to put my watch and sunglasses.
