RayFAshford's 42.6% higher price is what's known as "material" in the world of finance. Good work Inspector Clouseau; you could buy a decent Claret with that savings.

RayFThere’s no denying that Thunderbird pairs beautifully with the dumpster scavenged meals of the 🍊💩🤡 crowd.

BobrazWell! Let me tell you, when it comes to what we affectionately call fortified wines down here, these two brands are without doubt, the creme de la creme of twist-off cap, refrigerator wines! I'm a Night Train man myself (the red counterpart to Thunderbird's white). Both are best served well chilled, which accounts for the number of winos sipping theirs (well insulated in brown paper bags) whilst lying about on the sidewalks of downtown LA's better liquor stores. Frankly ice cold is the only way you can get either version down, so taking it home makes no sense. The point of wines (a term used loosely here) in this class, is to get one as shit-faced as possible, as quickly as possible, for the least amount of change as possible. They are to Annie Green Springs and Boone's Farm, what Bacardi 151 once was to Rum. Sadly, an outcry from unsympathetic teetotalers led to giving the brands a black eye, and self respecting retailers became more reluctant to carry them. Now both flavors are as tough to find as pure China White and LSD-25--unless you live on the wrong side of town, that is ;- )

RayFThanks for the explanations! I will make sure to seek those out next time I am in the US. Which seems it'll be in a lifetime, based on today's news about the pandemic in the USA. 😔

BobrazI wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out Night Train is the antiviral medical professionals and governments around the world have be searching for. Those of us in-the-know already knew it made a great tasting hand sanitizer ;- )

jontpt Pretty sure I burned up my New Email sign up discount coupon long ago, but a good deal for others. Truthfully, not a watch I’d buy at any price. Not a knock against Glycine, just not my cup of tea.
