Excellent!

This was my first keycap kit from Signature Plastics and won't be my last. The keycaps are well made with no visible defects. I'm especially impressed with the quality of the doubleshot novelties. The texture is smooth and the plastic feels "full" compared to Maxkey SA keycaps. Sound wise, they actually sound similar to Maxkey SA (also doubleshot ABS), which is a good thing. Both feel and sound are subjective and YMMV. At the sale price of $40, these are very highly recommended, if you're looking for high quality SA keycaps. Also, these came in a box/plastic trays, unlike some of the older reviews. I'm not sure if this is done by Drop. I've not ordered directly from SP, so they may still ship out keycaps in loose baggies.

SA profile and Signature Plastics whats not to love

I am a big fan of Signature plastics quality and the SA profile. Since I heard the owners of SPs are retiring I bought every SA profile manufactured by them here. I do not regret this one bit. As always the quality of the keycaps, colors and the legends are top notch. I will reiterate what some others have stated that in the MITO designed SA profile kit the R3 row is not sculpted might be a deal breaker for someone who likes SA profile but it did not bother me.

Solid keycap set

This is currently on my split Alice keyboard at work and tbh it works much better than I expected. It’s thick and sturdy. I know it’s gonna be a really good set on my daily driver.

Important Note About Mitospeed

I don't feel as though it's adequately stated in the description, but the Mitospeed kit comes in a uniform R3 profile. I sort of suspected that would be the case, but I had hoped it might be sculpted. It's not exactly a dealbreaker, I've got a few boards that are conducive to a uniform profile and SA is my favorite profile, but it's something I feel could be communicated better. Otherwise, they're exactly as I expect from a set of SA keycaps!

Everything is Premium But the packaging!!

So my review for this is overall very good!, The only thing I don't like is the packaging... Lets say you pay full price for this, It's dam near 200$!! At least what you could do is make it feel like it, now granted the keys itself is the best feeling i had while typing on my Cupid 65, i lubed my switches with Krytox 205g0 and they are good as they will be, but the packaging is 2.5/5, when i bought Akko Keycaps the dam packaging came with PBT Hard Case and i was blown by both the Keycaps and the packaging for less the price of this or since i bought it 80% off the Akko was 20$ more but it was worth it.. My Akko keycaps are on my Drop Sense 75 and i reviewed it already for those who haven't just check my reviews, Now is the Akko better than the Mito speed? No just no, The Mito speed by far and its better by 1 point, as if i rate the Akko with a 4 the Mito speed will rate as a 4.8 to 5. So I believe if you put the packaging the keys better in order portraying the keyboard layout with a Hard case no one would complain! But i guess its just my little gripes about something very miniscule but the keys itself i have none. overall 4.5 would be my rating with the keycaps and packaging.

Nice retro look

My favorite thing about these keycaps are the retro vibe I get. I paired them with a CSTM65 with the Orange case, and it was a surprisingly cool color combo that had a retro feel to it. The modifiers and spacebar were a little hollow sounding, but a little bit of thin spacebar foam made them sound much better. Tape would probably work too. Overall, really like them
