Clearly intended for aviation use-- function definitely trumps form with this one. I'd wear it flying. I probably wouldn't wear it to the supermarket.
Same deal with my Skyhawk Promaster, large dials with a ton of information can actually come in handy in aviation environments if you can get over the size/weight.
