I bought the inception ones (filthy casual) a while ago, for $100 they weren't really worth it. Helps a bit with eye strain but the colors get washed out. My biggest complaint is the plastic is fairly large and uncomfortable for long term wearing. I get good marks on my nose and with a headset on they hurt the side of my head after an hour. For $37 though they are a pretty good idea if you work on a computer. I am a programmer so sitting here for 9 hours a day then going home and playing some games on my rig is a lot of screen time!
EverythingIsBetterOutdoorsf.lux is an alternative to the glasses, you wouldn't want to make things more yellow! You could do the opposite and set your monitor to super "cool" blue colors in hopes they counter act the yellow but that's just silly talk. They just turn everything onto a warm2 like setting, fairly yellow colors get a bit washed out. Not the end of the world for work but I wouldn't watch a movie like that.
jaketech F.lux and night mode are great options, but you are still being exposed to blue light. This will alter your sleep patterns. Our glasses also address preventing digital eyestrain (head aches, blurry vision, tired/achy/sore eyes).
