I bought the Helgray meca-quartz chronograph offered here recently, and frankly I like it very much. But like others, I experienced their abysmal customer service. I contacted the company and asked why there was no operating manual in the box, and also inquired about something else related to the watch. I received a canned confirmation of my request and a ticket number. That was on 10/24/17. I never received a reply. Based on all of this, I would only buy another Helgray watch if it were at a really really good (low) price.
