In the other hand I think that you should ship orders as they get fulfilled, and not wait until everything is there. Orders not requiring certain late components should be shipped as soon as they get completed.

ideusAs far as I know this is how they do it. Take the granite keycap set for instance. The RGB keys were delayed, but orders that did not have those are already being shipped.
