I didn't remember reading about customs and stuff like that... do I have to take care of that too, or was covered with the "shipping"? What carrier would be using? And lastly, are we getting track numbers or something like that?

pabloxCustoms are depending on your country and you have to take care of them yourself. They are not included in anything

pabloxDepending which country you are from, the customs charges will vary. In Australia anything under $1000aud including freight isn't subject to custom duty's. I'm unsure of your local laws but I would imagine the customs charges wouldn't be very much if any at all.
