HI! I normally write with a fine nib and was thinking about purchasing the fine italic. It is my understanding that there will not be much difference in line variation between thick and then strokes? I wanting line variation in my writing. Would a medium italic be better? Please advise. Thanks!

samgeeeif you want line variation, a medium italic would be better. you can still get a 'fine' line by writing on the edge, and then rotate to get a broader line.
