Heyo Everyone,
Good news, we've been in talks with our vendor about how to improve our members' experience regarding the Jaybird after some of the delays in the previous drop.
We're focused on getting products in your hands sooner rather than later, so we worked out the logistics to shave a week off the estimated shipping time.

Danny_LiuIt is now 26 days since the drop ended and my account was charged for this item. I still do not have the item. Tracking shows it as on its way but I will believe it when I see it. Come on Massdrop you simply have to do better than this if you want repeat customers. Your prices are only a few dollars lower than Amazon and Amazon has free next day delivery. This is my second purchase from Massdrop and my first purchase was slow in coming to me but this second purchase the time it is taking is simply ridiculous.

We completely understand your frustration regarding this drop. Having products shipping out a week after the expected ship date is unacceptable. However, this drop was sourced from two different vendors. While the JayBirds were ready to go at an early time, the Comply tips took much longer than expected. You’re right in that any individual can go on their website and order a pair. However, we were purchasing a very large bulk quantity that required a production run.
Regardless of why this happened, we are aware that this drop was much less than ideal, and have been working on ensuring this experience is not repeated. Thank you for being a part of this community, and we look forward to providing you a much better experience in the future.
