Strong click. After trying jades I say that in terms of clickies whites are better for fast performances. It is all a matter of preference. I still like them.
I’m enjoying these a lil bit to much, this is my first clicky switch. I was getting bored with tactile and linear switches decided to switch it up (haha get it) anyways I’m so glad I did.
Jade switch is as smooth as gateron northpoles with a lighter spring and with a click(least the spring feels lighter or maybe it’s just super smooth?). The click sound is probably one of the most satisfying clicks you can get out of a switch.
I originally just wanted to build a memeboard and these were the only option I had for that. What ended up happening was that I just transferred the switches from the memboard to my main office board. Might have to buy another set so I can start converting friends to clickies as well. Highly recommended!
I have always been a big fan of clicky switches, and previously used a keyboard with Matias Click switches for a few years. These have great weighting and a very satisfying tactile bump and click sound (but they are very loud). The IP56 rating is always a bonus too.
The (almost) Gold Standard of Clicky Tactile Sitches
Smooth actuation, great click, a bit on the tangy side of the noise spectrum. Very satisfying to use. Highly recommended if you type a lot and like a solid click. If you don't type as much, consider the Kailh Box Navy. It's a little heavier, but I find the deeper click and heavy weight slightly more satisfying.
If you're looking for a satisfying tock (clicky) style heavy switch, this has to be one of the most satisfying. Tolerances are good, nothing to complain about.
With all of my experience with keyboards and switches I've never been a huge fan of clicky switches but when I got these I grew and appreciation for them. The box is sturdy and gives it's a different click which is nice.
