I don't believe for a second anyone has gotten a shipment notification yet and we were lied to. My gaming crew has decided we won't be using Massdrop anymore after this. I like the tactic of ignoring the customers with no attempt to explain, or solve the situation. Just robotic, vague, and unempathetic responses. Is Sean Murray part of the team now?

AtlasMKxI can only see back end stuff, but looks like the first 250 have shown up in the system as shipped. I imagine the rest will update today at some point.

AlexPkSo you're saying the majority of 1500 were sent and the courier is taking more than 2 full days to scan them in?

"Individual packages have started to ship! The vendor confirmed earlier that majority of the group's order has been sent out with the rest scheduled for pickup shortly. Once your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info."

AtlasMKxAlso, how is 250 "the majority" that has been "sent out"? That's either blatant lying earlier, or speaking without the knowledge of where/what the packages are actually doing.

AlexPkRegardless of that, this drop has taken far too long to go through and you guy's should seriously reconsider this vendor if you try a similar drop to this one in the future. I for one am incredibly disappointed with this drop after having several others drops go perfectly well, and even faster then expected. This is honestly ridiculous.

AtlasMKxThat is troublesome news. 250 of 1500+ shipped? Five days after original estimated ship date? Why was there no cap to the drop if the vendor couldn't handle the drop in a timely manner? I purchased this drop because it was slightly cheaper than a case elsewhere but I'd rather have spent the extra cash and had cards today than be left in the dark about the status of my purchase. Please provide some clarity to the situation today to put all of our worries at ease.

RecklessNot only 5 days after the estimated ship date, but the tracking numbers haven't shown up 2 days after they had "Shipped the majority"
