I wanted to give Massdrop the benefit of the doubt, but they have clearly dropped the ball by not being proactive to get information for their customers. Sad to say, but the others who said 'Never again' probably is the right decision. I can forgive a delay if you can keep the customer well informed, but this is really shoddy customer service on Mass Drop's part.
