Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. Im not sure what I did wrong to make it mess up like that as I've always taken good care of it, ive had it for about 2 years and its always just been chilling on my desk, but anywho I thought the cable just went bad and ordered a replacement. 1. Put the volume on your PC or TV all the way down. 2. Put the speakers to sleep using the "power" button on your remote. 3. Start playing something on your PC or TV. 4. Slowly raise the volume on your PC or TV until the speakers wake up. Once they're awake, you know the volume at which they're not going to go to sleep as long as something is playing. 5. Chances are, the volume coming out of the speakers now is either too low or too high. Use the knob on the speakers or your remote to adjust it, instead of adjusting the volume on your PC or TV.
Hope that helps!
