poostarSorry for the late reply, I didn't get a notification. I contacted the support guys directly from my transactions page. Then in the reason drop down, I chose "Where's my order?" and they got back to me within a day. Hopefully you have your refund by now!

FrizzleI asked for a refund via. the support page rather than sending email. They came back after 10 hours to let me know that the refund is on its way.
