i dont have this exact model but the light bar i have has basically the same style "clamp" that holds it on the monitor and my webcam is sitting right on top of it with no problems. the light bar clamp should hold it on there fairly tightly so no issue with supporting the little extra weight. i can adjust my camera fine without moving the light around or anything to. im also using a small velcro strap to help hold the camera in place.
