It's nice seeing lube on here; I can't recall seeing any before. But over two months' shipping, when it's readily available in-stock at a ton of other places for the same price or cheaper, doesn't give much incentive to buy it here.

Yup, been a long time coming to have lube on our platform (a lot of logistical steps to have this set up). The 2 month sadly comes from ocean shipping as these are readily in-stock from the manufacturer. Once this GB ships, we will be evaluating and hopefully having these in-stock and as add-on options for our switch packs, keyboard kits, etc.

this means this isn't even krytox and the other half might be krytox but somehow knockoff krytox cost the same as original krytox... riiiiiiight. kbdzone rebrand to keebmonkey selling kelowna rebranded knockoff krytox... nice one. someone should let Binge know they are selling knockoff Tribosys.

We need more purchasers. It would be nice to have this be available all the time, but if there isn't enough demand, we kind of lose out on this right?
UnrealPancakeWe will try convincing Drop to stock in some:)

KeebmonkeyThank you!
Price seems better than average; this is usually what I see 5ml pucks go for as opposed to 10ml. I was under the impression that all GPL 205, 105, etc. were Krytox products - in this context what is the difference between "Krytox" and "KBM" brand? Are they made by different manufacturers?

DeadeyeDaveHi, these have sizes of 10ml. Both Krytox GPL 105 and 205 are manufactured by Dupont while the KBM 105 and 205s are made by third-party manufacturers customized for the use of lubing switches and stabs, with very similar properties. The reason why the KBM products are also named 105 and 205 is because that those numbers describe the features of the lubes.

moechinoThanks for the straightforward answer! Cool that you make both available.

This stuff works great on my HEADPHONES! my pair of HD6XX had this annoying little ping when the ear cups would rotate back and forth, so I figured why the hell not try it! I took my 000 brush and dipped in just a little bit of 205 #0 and I couldn't be more pleased! It's now dead quiet and moves a hell of a lot smoother and also faster. Now for the clicks ear cup extension, I tried it on my pair of KPH30is just to make sure it works. It does It's also smoother and did change the sound a bit. Seeing as I like the sound my HD6XX makes when I extend the ear cups, I'm hesitant to try it but they keep getting caught half way through so I probably will. Has anyone else tried this or use this lube to lube something else?

WARNING: this is not krytox. The “styles” are very misleading. The gpl #00 is thicker than krytox 205g0. Still not horrible but I prefer the sound krytox over this

So, the best for switches, according to the description, is #00 but alas, the #00 has been out of stock since always. Is this really the best for switches or one could use the stabs/switches mix and find no difference? I ask this because it seems I'll be waiting for the #00 forever.
I almost bought more of this because I'm still waiting for my order from OCTOBER that's not supposed to ship until June... so is this really shipping in April?
