What the hell happened with this drop? Have they shipped? Did other people receive their umbrella? No shipping advice so I contacted Support. Got a generic copy/paste response, couldn't even be bothered to use my name addressing me as Hello "blank". They simply cancelled the order and said I would receive a refund in a few days. WTF?
