Kershaw does it again. The knife looks really good imo but the speedsafe assisted opening is such a dealbreaker.

i thought the spring also works as the blades detente so without it there is nothing holding the blade in the closed position any more.

Assisted opening blades aren't legal in some places. He might be in one of those areas.
