I've got this blade from previous drop and it turned out to be defective. It started squeaking after few days of use. After disassembling it turned out that teflon ring on one side of the pivot is missing. Each side should have 2 rings: teflon+brass, however one side had 2 brass rings instead of teflon+brass (assembly error).
