Drop informs that there will be an additional 30 days added to the ship date; amateurish and unprofessional practice; this was not volunteered by Drop, I had to chase it down via their customer service team, which was uninformed. Drop has, essentially, engaged me without my permission and against my will, in forced fiscal intercourse. Customer service rep, Crystal, was pleasant to deal with, but company, not so much!
