Drop Mech Keys Meetup Recap - Thanks for Visiting!
As you may have seen, we just hosted our first meetup in quite a while here at Drop HQ (Corsair HQ, but they seem to like us enough :) )! It was a blast to get to meet so many enthusiasts local to the bay area—it had been 10 years since I was last hanging out with keyboard nerds in the bay, at KeyCon 2014. We had a great time hosting everyone at the offices, checking out all the very nice boards y'all brought, and sharing some of our own projects/spaces! I knew it would be fun to host in the Game Room when I first saw it in person, but seeing it come to fruition was still so cool. Alright, I'll stop blabbering on now. xD Picture time! (Oh, real quick - there will be more of these! Stay tuned for more info and to catch the next one!)

- battery life - programmability - did you figure out how to turn on the lighting - WPM issues noted below - quality - etc.
I emailed MD about the questions we're having. Effectively MD can't answer the questions we're having, but, the "...buyer will reach out via the discussion page if they have the opportunity to. "
Haven't tried programming it yet.
With a lack of any instructions from the manufacturer, I have tried so many combinations of keys to try and figure the lighting out and just can't. So irritating. The one I have is the black case and it has a red underglow.
a) the bottom of the case just has open slots. So the underlighting looks like a series of dots. You need to attach a diffuser on the inside of the case if you like it to be a smooth diffused look. b) I have tried so hard to turn off the under lighting as its annoying but cant figure that key combo out either. So frustrating.
WPM I didn't have problems with.
Quality: the sad part is, it feels quite nice and the case and backplate make it feel solid. But with all of these issues, especially lack of literature, it's not quite a home-run.
