The LCD screen/display on the top right, with the joystick that comes with the Mars 03 keyboard, will allow functions such as adjusting volume, displaying time and/or uploading personalized images.

Does the board run on QMK or a variant like VIA??

There are adapted drivers that can be used to change keys on Windows and iOS systems, and can be set up for wired and wireless settings. There is also a web version of the driver that only needs to be downloaded and can be used by downloading a plug-in, which is very convenient. Normal key changes and macros are supported, but it is not a qmk solution, so the via software cannot be used.
