If warranty is important to you, I was able to request for a 10% coupon at Linsoul making the total $224, which is same as purchasing from Drop + Tax. I generally try to avoid purchasing IEMs from Drop unless the manufacturer directly states that they will honor a 1 year warranty.

otganonI simply sent them an email and they created a unique code. I've had an iem purchased from drop have a loose connector on me within 3 months of purchase and drop refused to fix it. It's an awful business model in 2020 and unacceptable especially at this price range.

RayFThe most I've owned at any time is probably 5, and I probably purchase 1-2 a year, while selling the ones I use less on head fi!

suncrusher195I had a warrenty through the third party and they were refusing to honor it drop was willing to refund me but the third party ended up sending a replacement maybe you just got a bad service rep
