"...with improved...nozzle design." Seriously? It seems to me that any product designer with experience in the field should already know the optimum nozzle design for an IEM. If you have to change design to make the function better or to adapt to a new driver placement, fine. But incremental "nozzle design" changes reads to me as poor design in the first place...which, in turn, makes me doubt the quality of the product from that manufacturer. ''improved...nozzle design" ? What? You screwed up the first time? Sorry for being snarky.

HollowStateThe H3 has a lipless nozzle. Looks like they added a slight lip on the IDUN. Surprisingly, other manufacturers (some hi-end, not just chi-fi) still use the lipless nozzle design. Just take a look at Empire Ears.

PyrogenetixEmpire Ears, 64 Audio, & JH Audio all use lipless nozzles for their universal models. Those are just the ones I know of off the top of my head.

rantngI have the h3 and I can assure you it all depends on the tips you use. I used some old small bore westone silicone tips and they popped off all the time. Really annoying when you go to put them back in and there is not tip on the end. Even more annoying when you try to put them back on and it takes 20 minutes to get it to stay. thought about super gluing the tip on there.

koster723It's all tip & nozzle dependent. I had the exact thing happen the other day with the 64 Audio U18t. The left earpiece just popped out of my ear and the spinfit tip was still in my ear. I was like, WTF.

rantngYeah its super annoying when that happens. I am really interested in these though as I have really enjoyed the h3. For bargain hybrids they sound really great. Like i said my only complaint is that they are a bit harsh in the mid highs and highs and the low end is present but not full. If these fix that issue i see no reason why not to get these. Give the h3 to my g/f haha.
PyrogenetixYeah what the fuck, even on all my IEMs with a lip, my tips fall off all the time. The only lip-less nozzle IEMs I've had were the KZ ZST and it was a nightmare just from that. It IS a pretty basic concept, and having a lip-less nozzle could be like selling a car with bald proprietary tires.
