Heeftyevery flashlight company I've ever seen lists for the 18650 since it's consistent across mfgrs and is the rechargeable battery that'll usually come with it, 123A's vary from mfgr to mfgr on actual output voltage anywhere from 1.5V per cell to 3.2V per cell....
