I really like how these boots look from online, but am a bit picky about fit and sturdiness. Will I still be able to return them to Lanona if I don't like them?

BobbitsI'm wondering the same. I'll probably give them a miss as I'm pretty fussy with boots and much prefer to buy in person the first time round. Even if I have to pay twice as much.
I am a size twelve in Nike though. 11W in Timberlands.

BobbitsWe will accommodate free return/exchanges for domestic US customers. Since some styles on this feature are made-to-order, depending on the size/style you order, lead times on a new size may be an additional 4 weeks once an exchange is requested. International returns/exchanges will be coordinated per individual customers.

craingerAgreed it's difficult to purchase footwear online without trying them on. As noted with my reply to @Bobbits we will accomodate free return/exchanges for domestic US customers. I think a size 11 in our Porter Boots will provide a similar fit to your 11W Timberlands. If you have any other brands/sizes that currently fit well, I'm available to provide additional sizing feedback as needed.
